Identity Blueprint reserves the right to update these terms at any time, and your continued use of the Service following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
2. Permitted Use and Intellectual Property Rights
Identity Blueprint grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for personal, educational, and professional development purposes only. All course materials, instructional content, videos, documentation, and intellectual property contained within the Service are owned by Identity Blueprint and its expert instructors. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without explicit written permission. Unauthorized use of our materials may result in legal action and immediate termination of your access.
- Reproducing, distributing, or sharing course materials, videos, or proprietary content with unauthorized third parties without a valid license agreement.
- Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract IAM tool configurations, methodologies, or proprietary techniques taught within the courses for commercial purposes.
- Using the Service to provide competing educational or consulting services, or to train others outside of Identity Blueprint's authorized partnership programs.
3. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Identity Blueprint makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of the course content, IAM tool guidance, or educational materials. While our instructors are industry experts, Identity Blueprint does not guarantee specific job placement, salary outcomes, or certification success. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Identity Blueprint shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, business interruption, or professional damages. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties, so the above disclaimer may not apply to you.
4. Governing Law, Modifications, and Contact Information
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the federal and state courts located in the United States, and you irrevocably consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of such courts.
Identity Blueprint reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website, and the updated "Effective Date" will be reflected at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Service following any modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
